Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of experience in Lean/CI, and a robust understanding of Lean methodologies. This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring both onsite engagement and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lean/CI in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience in VSM, A3, 5S, Standard Work, RCA, PDCA.
• Any lean related certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Lean transformation initiatives across several factories.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping to evaluate processes.
• Facilitate workshops on A3 problem solving and Lean tools.
