Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance across the network using Lean Six Sigma and the Gerber Operating Model. The role emphasizes training, audits, and collaboration with market and store leadership to achieve cost savings, productivity gains and sustainable improvements.

The position requires 8+ years applying Lean Six Sigma in automotive/manufacturing contexts, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA preferred for leadership role.
• At least 8+ years applying Lean Six Sigma in automotive/manufacturing contexts.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address operational issues with action plans and coaching.
• Lead training, consulting and workshops for CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with market and store leadership to drive KPIs.
• Conduct shop audits to ensure adherence to the operating model.
• Develop CI training content and roll out across the enterprise.
• Travel to markets to identify improvement opportunities.
