• Foster a culture of Operational Excellence by standardizing procedures and providing training.
• Develop strategies, systems, and tools to drive cost, service, and associate satisfaction to world-class levels.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and KPIs; report progress and impact of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and define scopes, goals, and deliverables.
