Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-shift production operations in a high-volume, custom manufacturing setting
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and daily management practices
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Utilize floor-level observation (Gemba) to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and operators across shifts
• Align plant execution with broader business objectives and improvement roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
