Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing lean principles
• 8+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean+ workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM)

Responsibilities

• Connect Lean principles and strategy to execution and results
• Develop and deploy systematic approach to capture and replicate innovations
• Represent Lean / continuous improvement in program reviews
• Operationalize data analytics into daily Lean practice and priorities
• Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles
• Develops and updates instructional materials
• Seeks out new tools and techniques
• Tailors message to specific audience level
• Leads and facilitates complex process improvement efforts
• Develops an integrated strategy and assists with its deployment
• Leads standardization of enterprise policies and procedures
• Represents LEAN in program reviews
