Qualifications
1+ year of experience establishing Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools.
1+ year of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
1+ year of experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports.
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Assist and instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
Lead and facilitate Lean tool certified process improvement efforts.
Support advanced continuous improvement tool application.
Participate in strategy development.
Work directly with Senior Managers and First Line Leaders.
Coach others on BPS training facilitation.
Support MBU Kamishibai and 5S activities.
Learn and eventually lead Value Stream Mapping.
Interface with manufacturing teams to facilitate Employee Involvement Forums.
