Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience establishing Lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools.
• 1+ year of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing data and generating metrics reports.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist and instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Lead and facilitate Lean tool certified process improvement efforts.
• Support advanced continuous improvement tool application.
• Participate in strategy development.
• Work directly with Senior Managers and First Line Leaders.
• Coach others on BPS training facilitation.
• Support MBU Kamishibai and 5S activities.
• Learn and eventually lead Value Stream Mapping.
• Interface with manufacturing teams to facilitate Employee Involvement Forums.
