Qualifications

• Strong CAD, Oracle, SolidWorks, and ERP/MES experience.
• Background in manufacturing or mechanical engineering; MBA or MS preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• College/university degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including manufacturing or manufacturing plant experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness by reducing scrap and optimizing cycle times.
• Assess, select, and integrate Industry4.0 technologies.
• Lead Kaizen events and apply Lean tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement structured improvement methodologies.
• Interpret complex operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
