Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering or related field with process improvement experience.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and GD&T knowledge; applies FMEA, validation planning, and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality product decisions by integrating input from cross-functional stakeholders and supplier partners.
• Advance project timelines by making informed, timely decisions on daily engineering and testing activities.
• Improve product reliability by identifying risks and mitigating failure modes early in development.
• Strengthen engineering processes through use of ESW, iDFMEA, FIRG, and structured problem-solving tools.
• Lead ownership of components or smaller projects, ensuring accountability for quality, scope, and delivery.
• Enhance cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across engineering and manufacturing disciplines.
• Develop and refine work processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and overall product quality.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and technicians to elevate team capability and knowledge sharing.
