• Experience with RCA and FMEA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing processes for BLDC motor assembly.
• Specify and maintain production tooling and automation equipment.
• Analyze production defects and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with R&D/Design teams for next-generation motor designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality raw materials.
