Job summary

Nautique Boat Company Inc is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes across two facilities.

You will lead a team of industrial, mechanical, chemical, and CAD engineers, driving lean initiatives to improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency. You will partner with product design and other functions to integrate new products with DFMA focus, ensure project milestones are met, and mentor engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience, including 2–3 years of progressive leadership.
• Experience leading manufacturing improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across two facilities to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve throughput and reduce COPQ.
• Develop capacity models and standard work methods for equipment and headcount planning.
• Collaborate with design to ensure DFMA integration of new products.
