Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive cost reductions, implement DMAIC projects, mentor engineers in standardized work and value stream mapping, and ensure sustained gains in quality, throughput and capacity through data-driven methods. Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related engineering field.
• 7+ years manufacturing/industrial engineering experience.
• 5+ years Lean deployment with cross-functional project leadership in medical devices.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with DMAIC/DOE expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate R&D-to-manufacturing transfer activities.
• Estimate production cost and determine tooling requirements.
• Train personnel on processes and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test protocols and technical documents for manufacturing needs.
• Lead Lean transformations and coach teams across sites.
• Provide mentoring in Lean and structured problem solving.
