Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Stream Lean Leader for our Junction City, KS Distribution Center. The role focuses on driving Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, and lean transformation across site operations, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Operations with a dotted line to the site leadership team. You will identify opportunities, align resources, and apply quality improvement methodologies to boost quality, service, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in operations, engineering, statistics, or supply chain
• 5+ years experience in distribution, supply chain/logistics, or manufacturing
• 2 years of Continuous Improvement experience
• Lean certification or Six Sigma belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Foot Locker’s operational strategic projects including Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence training
• Create and maintain value stream maps and strategy deployment (Hoshin) for key processes
• Lead Lean certification programs and ongoing training for site staff
• Drive large-scale improvement projects across operations and facilities
• Lead quarterly Kaizen events to deliver site cost savings and efficiency gains
