Job summary

Foot Locker in Kansas is seeking a store leadership team member to help oversee operations, employee management, and customer experience at our Olathe location. You will support the Operations Manager, manage stock, merchandising, asset protection, and training to maintain a premium store experience.

The role requires flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour plus bonus incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders for customers.
• Reconciles transfer documents and operating manifests per policy.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and supports pricing directives.
