Qualifications

• Experience leading executive or leadership-level searches.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting in automotive retail or multi-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing for General Manager, Director-level and above roles across multiple sites.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies including direct outreach and market mapping.
• Maintain an updated network of passive leadership candidates in the automotive space.
• Partner with HR leadership to translate business needs into search strategy and role scorecards.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency interviews, and coordinate offers.
