The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in organizational development, preferably within the healthcare sector. A hybrid work schedule is offered with three days on-site required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in learning and organizational development within healthcare.
• Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience consulting with senior/physician leaders.
