Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs design, development, and delivery of learning curricula and leadership initiatives.
• Facilitates instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Collaborates with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement solutions.
• Manages programs, vendors, and learning platforms to ensure quality outcomes.
• Monitors impact and reports on learning program effectiveness.
