Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, transformation, consulting, finance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise strategy, influence senior leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, communication, and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience facilitating executive-level planning, governance, and decision-making processes.
• Ability to navigate complex business challenges, resolve conflict, and deliver results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's multi-year strategic planning process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct strategic analyses, forecasting, scenario planning, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Partner with executive leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and advance strategic initiatives.
• Design business requirements and planning frameworks for complex cross‑functional projects.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to influence business strategy and investment decisions.
• Guide initiatives through governance processes while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive process improvements that increase planning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and execution success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across the organization.
