Job summary

BDO is seeking a People & Culture Coaching and Facilitation Senior Specialist in Chicago or other Illinois locations to lead virtual and in-person learning experiences for National Leadership Development. You will provide leadership and classroom presence for delivery of programs and collaborate with internal and external resources to implement holistic solutions for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conducts expert facilitation of programs designed to build core leadership skills and competencies in all employees and Principals, both in-person and virtually.
• Reviews and provides feedback on instructor-led training materials, including instructor materials, student handouts, student exercises, presentation materials and end user guides.
• Supports Train-the-Trainer preparation calls, as needed.
• Contributes ideas on improving National Leadership Development programs to engage and apply to the needs of the firm’s professionals.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with representatives of various business lines as needed.
• Partners with internal resources to ensure requirements for continuing professional education are met.
• Provides input on launches of scalable leadership development initiatives impacting all business lines.
• Identifies key skill gaps with business leaders and aligns facilitation with 1:1 and group coaching goals.
• Contributes to cross-functional coaching programs to support talent mobility and performance growth.
• Facilitates focus groups, training needs assessments, and delivers actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Acts as resource for individualized and group leadership coaching using tools like CliftonStrengths and 360 assessments for development planning.
