MSD in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director, Study Data Services to lead a programming and reporting team, set goals, coach performance, and manage staffing while communicating status and risks to leadership.

You will provide hands-on technical review, enforce SOPs, oversee data integration across portfolios, drive automation, and deliver advanced reporting solutions with secure access and traceability.

Qualifications

• Non‑Degree or Associate's Degree with minimum 10 years experience in clinical data programming/engineering and 2 years people management.
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience in clinical data programming/engineering and 2 years people management.
• Advanced Degree with minimum 4 years experience in clinical data programming/engineering and 2 years people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and deployment of clinical technology system solutions (EDC, RTSM, eCOA/ePRO).
• Provide technical oversight for programming, reporting, and data integration across portfolios.
• Drive automation, testing, and validation; ensure traceability and quality.
