Job summary

Minaris Advanced Therapies seeks an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead the Allendale site’s end-to-end supply chain strategy. You will align with the Global Supply Chain roadmap and partner with CoEs to ensure uninterrupted patient supply and scalable operations.

You will drive integration of planning, procurement, and quality governance, while supervising materials readiness for GMP manufacturing and ensuring compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in biotech/pharma environments.
• Experience supporting tech transfers and commercial ramp‑up.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supply chain strategy aligned with global roadmap.
• Ensure material availability to support manufacturing schedules.
• Act as primary interface with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Drive performance KPIs: OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics.
