Amgen is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager Global Supply Chain Lead to own end-to-end supply for a diverse product portfolio. You will ensure reliable patient supply, guide cross-functional teams, and shape lifecycle decisions in a multinational setting.

You will anticipate risks, translate insights into actionable plans, and support strategic initiatives to strengthen resilience and financial performance. This role offers strong collaboration and growth opportunities across functions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Masters with 4+ years in Supply Chain or related.
• Bachelors with 6+ years in Supply Chain or related.
• Associate with 10+ years in Supply Chain or related.
• High school diploma / GED with 12+ years in Supply Chain or related.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership in shaping end-to-end product supply strategies and drive long-range planning.
• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain Teams to develop mitigation plans and protect continuity of supply.
• Represent Global, Regional, and Site Supply Chain in cross-functional product teams and align on lifecycle decisions.
• Advise on manufacturing site selection and network evaluations translating insights into recommendations.
• Lead strategic Global Supply Chain initiatives including acquisitions, integrations and transformations.
