Job summary

Minaris Advanced Therapies in Allendale, NJ, is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain to lead the site's end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and ensure uninterrupted patient supply in alignment with Global Supply Chain vision.

You will oversee materials management, production scheduling, warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics within a matrixed, multi‑site organization, partnering with Planning, Procurement, Quality, MSAT, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supply chain within biotech/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Allendale site supply chain strategy aligned with global roadmap.
• Ensure material availability to meet manufacturing schedules and client commitments.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory control, and logistics in a GMP environment.
• Drive SAP S/4 and related systems integration with data integrity.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance for seamless operations.
