Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Ten years of successful experience in education with turnaround experience.
• Minimum four years of principal experience with demonstrated results.
• Multi-year senior-level administrative experience leading school improvement and leadership development at scale.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives continuous school improvement across the transformation network and holds principals accountable.
• Recruits, supervises, monitors, and evaluates transformation school principals.
• Establishes clear expectations for compliance with district, state, and federal policies.
• Develops principals' capacity to lead instructional improvement and culture.
• Ensures defined, measurable action steps aligned to priorities and monitors progress with urgency.
• Monitors school performance data and uses results to drive decisions and equity of outcomes.
• Leads professional development for principals, APs, and teacher leaders to build leadership capacity.
• Provides differentiated support and growth opportunities for leaders across high-need environments.
• Collaborates with HR and Professional Learning to align recruitment and development.
