Qualifications

• 7+ years in derivatives, options, structured products, or capital markets.
• Strong pricing, payoff analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction.
• Experience partnering with advisors, portfolio managers, or client-facing teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME across listed and OTC derivatives, with depth in OTC options, structured derivatives, and option overlays
• Partner with financial advisors to translate complex derivatives concepts into actionable guidance
• Provide education, thought leadership, and consultative support to increase advisor confidence and adoption
• Help develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive scalable adoption of OTC derivatives and options solutions
• Partner with platform, product, and investment teams to embed derivatives expertise into existing and new managed solutions
• Work closely with risk, legal, compliance, trading, and operations to ensure strategies are executed within firm and regulatory frameworks
• Provide feedback into product development, platform enhancements, and governance related to derivatives usage
• Support senior leadership with insights on trends, usage metrics, and growth opportunities
