Job summary

Based nationwide, this senior role lets you guide professionals, strengthen client relationships, and advance technical excellence while delivering complex infrastructure solutions for communities across the country.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate across Engineering, Environmental, and Scientific disciplines, and partner with managers to align resources with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and advise KJ’s Technical Services teams and discipline leaders across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural and Instrumentation & Controls.
• Support successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery in line with Kennedy Jenks’ standards and procedures to ensure quality of care.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders to align resources with business needs.
• Collaborate with Kennedy Jenks quality and risk programs to advance technical excellence, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Travel 25%–50% nationwide to collaborate with clients and offices.
