Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of web or mobile development (ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, API, JavaScript).
• 2+ years leadership experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years hands-on with foundational AWS services (EC2, S3, etc.).
• 3+ years of CI/CD, unit/integration testing, code reviews.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe development and requirements management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Manage multiple vendor development teams and core support.
• Partner with leadership to define end-state vision and strategy.
• Provide delivery estimates and updates for IT metrics and planning.
• Identify obstacles early and drive creative solutions.
• Ensure best practices for Agile and security during development and release.
