Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Payment Integrity to lead the disputes and appeals delivery teams in the United States. You will own daily operations, queue health, QA, and SLA adherence while ensuring compliance with CMS rules and coding standards.

You will partner with clinical, coding, and operations teams to translate dispute insights into actionable provider guidance and upstream policy improvements. A strong data discipline and leadership presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare PI or dispute management.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• CMS regulations and coding expertise required.
• strong analytical skills for claims data and audits.
• ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor PI disputes and appeals delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end queue health, timeliness, QA, and SLAs.
• Act as SME on billing guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Perform root-cause analyses on disputes and trends.
• Translate insights into upstream policy and tooling changes.
• Report performance to senior leadership and handle escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for CMS and regulators.
• Collaborate to create provider education and guidance.
