Position Overview:
We seek a Senior Leader for our FP&A team based in Tampa to shape financial strategy and improve performance. The role requires strategic vision, analytical expertise, and leadership in transformational initiatives, reporting to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial models aligned with strategic goals.
- Transformational Leadership: Lead initiatives to improve financial and operational performance, collaborating across departments.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights and reports on KPIs, trends, and opportunities; develop financial dashboards.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational, HR, commercial, and marketing leaders to align financial and business goals.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies; ensure policy compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years in financial planning and analysis, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in transformational initiatives and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and planning tools; experience in beverage/consumer goods is a plus.
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, database architecture, and forecasting tools.
- Willing to travel 10-20%.
