Experis is seeking a Senior Leader - Electrical & Software Engineering to guide multi-disciplinary teams across product lines, plan, direct, and oversee engineering activities with a focus on innovation and strategic execution.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in electrical and software leadership, strong knowledge of C, C++, C#, embedded systems, Windows and Linux, plus excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical and software engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of electrical and software engineering principles, including C, C++, C#, embedded systems, Windows, Linux, and Git/Github.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee the activities of Electrical and Software Engineering teams supporting product lines.
• Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources effectively for strategic product development initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with business strategies and successful project execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop engineering staff to build a high-performing team.
• Lead design reviews, define strategic engineering directions, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product innovation.
