Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead complex hardware and electrical programs from concept to commercialization in a regulated environment.

You will guide cross‑functional teams (Electrical, Firmware, Systems, Mechanical, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain), manage schedules and budgets, oversee design controls, V&V, risk and supplier activities, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and product development including leadership of complex cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Proven experience managing hardware, firmware, systems verification, and regulatory activities throughout the full product development lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of: Requirements management, Risk management, Design controls, Verification and validation (V&V), Supplier management, Design transfer.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams while managing schedules, budgets, and technical priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with executive leadership.

  • Coordinate hardware, firmware, systems integration, verification, and regulatory efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making and resolve cross-functional issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards for regulated product development.
  • Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate program status to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to support successful product launches and commercialization activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, project execution, and program governance.

  • Experience within regulated industries such as: Medical Devices, Robotics, Aerospace, Industrial Automation
