Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in mental health or human services working with older adults.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of case management, behavioral health services, and grant-funded programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Senior Mental Health Program.
• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and coach staff; conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary.
• Manage employee schedules, timecards, PTO requests, onboarding, and required certifications.
• Conduct outreach, education, depression screenings, and case management services for older adults, including community and in-home visits.
• Connect individuals with appropriate mental health providers and community resources.
• Monitor program outcomes, maintain grant compliance, prepare reports, and participate in program development and grant writing.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and staff training materials.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, grant requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
