Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in development or related field with a track record of closing major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a discreet portfolio of high-capacity donors to maximize gifts for the school/college.
• Collaborate with the dean and VP to target high-level donors and prospects.
• Provide leadership to alumni relations and development staff on plans and strategies for major priorities.
• Formulate annual fundraising plans articulating prospects and funds to be raised.
• Lead identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities for strategic priorities.
