Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional fundraising experience.
• Higher education experience preferred (development, alumni relations, PR or related fields).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward 125 major gifts prospects ($100k-$250k).
• Develop regional and national major gift strategies with colleagues and volunteers.
• Serve as staff contact for chairs and senior faculty; build corporate/foundation partnerships.
• Advance school initiatives through comprehensive fundraising plans.
