Qualifikationen

10+ years of progressive development experience with a track record in closing major gifts.
Required Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred for senior leadership role.
Experience leading donor relations, with ability to cultivate and solicit at high levels.

Aufgaben

Manage a discreet portfolio of high-capacity prospective donors to maximize gifts.
Develop and execute strategies targeted at top donors and prospects for the nursing school.
Provide leadership to staff on alumni relations and development plans.
Collaborate to formulate an annual fundraising plan with senior officers.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for strategic priorities.
