Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily activities of operators producing ceramic powders using complex and technical processing equipment.
• Ensure production schedules are met with emphasis on quality, yield, and on-time delivery.
• Operate and support setup of advanced materials processing equipment per work instructions and standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment complying with safety/PPE requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members; support hiring, onboarding, training, and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and address employee relations matters including performance management.
