Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a skilled Welder/Iron Worker in Franklin, TN to join our construction teams. You will weld on industrial projects, assist with material handling, and work with foremen to meet safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires 4+ years in ironworking/welding, proficiency in 3G/4G and SMAW, and a strong commitment to safety. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed are preferred. OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of iron worker/welder experience.
• Proficient in ironworking and welding techniques, including layout and erection.
• Experience with welding processes (3G, 4G, SMAW).
• Commitment to safety with a strong safety record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and site procedures; participate in daily toolbox talks.
• Unloading, stacking, and organizing steel materials; erecting structural steel.
• Perform welding tasks on construction sites; ensure weld quality to specs.
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate daily logs.
• Travel as needed; operate heavy equipment (manlifts, forklifts) when required.
