• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Iron Worker/Welder.
• Strong knowledge of ironworking and welding techniques, including layout and erection.
• Experience with welding processes (3G, 4G, SMAW).

Responsibilities

• Safety first: follow all safety policies and procedures on the job site.
• Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with the crew.
• Maintain high quality standards per project specs and industry best practices.
• Keep accurate daily logs and material usage records.
• Coordinate with other trades on site and assist Foremen with issue resolution.
• Operate and manage heavy equipment as needed (manlifts, forklifts).
