Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Welder/Iron Worker to join the Southeast team in Franklin, TN. You will perform welding on industrial construction projects, unload and organize steel, erect structural components, and support mechanical tasks on site.

Candidates should have 4+ years of iron work/welding experience, be safety-focused, and willing to travel. Valid license and reliable transportation are required; OSHA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of iron worker/welder experience.
• Knowledge of 3G/4G SMAW welding processes.
• Strong safety record and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel outside of AZ.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures on the job site.
• Attend daily safety meetings and toolbox talks with the crew.
• Ensure all welds meet required standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with other trades on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Unloading, stacking, and organizing steel materials.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
