Job summary

Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Senior Lead Visual Designer to shape our evolving brand across channels and experiences. You will personally lead key design work, translate strategy into distinctive visual identity, and build systems that unify creative across paid media, web, and print.

We expect 8+ years of design and art direction, deep expertise in typography and brand systems, and a proven ability to mentor designers while remaining hands-on.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design, art direction, and creative development, ideally across agency and/or sophisticated in‑house brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renuity's visual expression across the brand.
• Translate briefs and insights into strong creative concepts and visual ideas.
• Remain hands-on in concepting and execution for high-visibility campaigns.
• Develop creative systems that extend across paid media, social, web, print, and experiential touchpoints.
• Direct photographers, videographers, motion designers and other partners to ensure cohesive vision.
• Collaborate with writers and strategists to shape ideas from the start of a project.
• Provide actionable feedback to designers and externals to improve craft.
• Balance brand and performance with customer insights and testing to improve work.
• Build scalable design systems and templates for efficient production.
• Evolve visual identity and asset libraries for future growth.
• Improve briefing, concepting, review, and approval processes.
• Mentor designers to raise the quality of craft across teams.
• Present work and defend creative rationale to stakeholders.
