You will guide interconnection studies, evaluate transmission options, and coordinate with utilities, system operators, and project teams while navigating regulatory and market requirements.

The role demands leadership across studies, technical mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance North American generation projects in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum six years in transmission planning or interconnections.
Experience leading complex interconnection studies and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transmission and interconnection options for projects.
Lead or coordinate interconnection studies from start to finish.
Provide technical input on agreements, costs, schedules, and risk.
Engage with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and project teams on technical matters.
