Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of technology services. You will translate complex requirements, influence architecture, and lead cross-functional Agile delivery with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable, high‑value solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
8+ years in Technical Product Owner/Manager or similar role, cloud experience preferred.
Strong understanding of SDLC, API design, DevOps, cloud computing, and data management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for capabilities and platform evolution.
Lead cross-functional Agile delivery with engineering, operations and business teams.
Translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and define service definitions.
Drive automation, self-service capabilities and ongoing process improvements.
Own the product backlog and align with business priorities and team capacity.
Communicate release notes, gather customer feedback, and manage stakeholder communications.
