Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Tactical RF Sensors Subsystem Lead Engineer in Berkeley, MO to lead a cross-functional team developing and integrating RF sensor systems for a leading Air Dominance program.

You will coordinate agile development activities, document requirements with customers, and drive technical excellence across hardware, software, and interfaces while collaborating with leadership and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Strong RF sensor and system integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activity of the engineering team using agile tools.
• Provide technical leadership and drive engineering excellence.
• Oversight of subsystem engineering approaches and documentation.
• Develop and document complex RF sensor requirements with customers.
• Model-based systems engineering and MBSE practices.
• Interface with leadership, suppliers, and customers.
