Shield AI, a defense-tech company with global offices, seeks a seasoned TA/HR tech administrator to own Ashby ATS/CRM and drive the HR tech stack. You will partner with TA and HR teams to ensure scalable, governed systems for talent reporting and audits.

As a player-coach, you will lead the TA/PX systems team, define the technology roadmap, manage vendors, and govern data to support hiring at scale across the US and internationally.

• 8+ years TA/HR tech administration with deep Ashby experience.
• Systems-thinker with strong stakeholder communication skills.
