Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking aSenior Strategy & Analytics Leader to partner with the Director of Workplace AI. You will shape AI use cases, quantify impact across business units, and map workflows to maximize leverage.

You will build business cases, ROI models, and dashboards to track adoption, value, and performance. Strong communication to senior, non-technical audiences is essential as you translate complex AI concepts into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or transformation roles.
• Fluency with AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise productivity tools.
• Excellent communication for senior, non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Workplace AI to shape use cases and quantify impact across business units.
• Clarify ambiguous asks, map workflows, and identify where AI adds leverage.
