Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 8+ years in professional software development with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, OO design, debugging, testing, and source control.
• Experience designing modern web apps, APIs, databases, and networked systems.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or similar languages.
• Ability to lead efforts, mentor developers, and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases, troubleshoot, and adapt to new tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software across multiple platforms with emphasis on web development.
• Lead technical efforts from requirements through delivery, with limited oversight.
• Own projects and workstreams, driving them forward.
• Translate requirements into practical architectures and tasks.
