State Street is seeking an engineering leader in Massachusetts to guide a mission-critical custody and securities processing platform. You will set architectural direction, drive modernization, and ensure high availability across legacy and modern systems.

You will lead high-performing teams, align with product and operations, and shape engineering best practices to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in a demanding, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Agile delivery experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Work Requirement

• Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Salary Range

$120,000 - $217,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
