Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Java 8+ for distributed application development, REST, microservices, and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, private cloud).
• Experience with modern SDLC practices (TDD, CI/CD, CD).
• Experience with design systems and version control (Git).
• Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular technical guidance to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, opportunity, and respect within the team.
• Influence peers and stakeholders to adopt innovative technologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technical domains, contributing to firmwide SDLC frameworks.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others.
• Drive decisions shaping product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, participating in code reviews.
