You will work closely with product control, market risk, and regulatory functions, driving best practices for secure coding, test acceleration, and incident analysis.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience delivering system design, application development and operations.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, React).
• Experience leading use of enterprise AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations for AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and automated testing within the SDLC.
• Improve value from automation across the development pipeline and tooling.
