Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC (FIS) invites a senior engineer to join Revenue Connect in Jacksonville, FL. As Sr.

Lead, you will design, build, and operate core distributed services and mentor engineers while integrating AI capabilities across the platform. You will collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams, drive API-first AWS-based developments, and scale integrations with hundreds of financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent experience; 5+ years in roles with AI features.
• Proficient in Java and modern development frameworks; strong CI/CD background.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features in production and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into clean, scalable, well-documented code.
• Design, develop, and maintain software for end users.
• Implement AI capabilities with product and principal engineers.
• Ensure latency, availability, and cost optimization across cloud services.
• Lead code/design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Write tests, build observability, and support production issues.
