Job summary

JPMorganChase, a leading financial services company, seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to modernize the Branch platform with a focus on C#, .NET, and PowerShell workflows. You will contribute to Windows automation at scale and integrate AI-assisted development in daily workflows.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with a lean, high-performing team, and bring strong coding craft to complex problems while advancing secure, resilient engineering practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Minimum 5+ years of applied software development experience.
• Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools in production contexts.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and PowerShell in production environments.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development, code review, and test acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and performs design, development, and debugging.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
• Drives enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted automation to improve value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architecture.
